“42195m just the details” Marathonlaufen ist für mich mehr oder weniger ja nur Sightjogging, oder wann hast Du die ganze Stadt für Dich alleine !!! (Verkehrslärm usw.)

“42195m just the details” Marathon running is more or less Sightjogging for me, or when you get the hole city for your own!!! (traffic noice etc.)

und ihr schafft das was ihr wirklich wollt und ich meine jeden von Euch!!!

and you get your target, if you realy want it!! and i mean everybody of you!!!

mein Portrait werde ich dann mit dem 100. Marathon ausführlicher gestalten!!!!

ansonsten habt einfach Spass bei dem was ihr tut!! bei mir ist es offensichtlich das laufen!!

otherwise just have fun with that you are practicing!! in my case it is obvious running!!
